Our president and owner of Carolina Tape & Supply has a degree in chemistry and worked for several years in a laboratory for an adhesive tape manufacturing company. And for the last forty years, he has gained even more industry knowledge and experience in terms of converting adhesive tape products. Some of this knowledge has been put to use developing high performance tapes that are designed to be employed in extreme environments, whether in regard to chemicals or temperatures. Backing materials range from polyimides to UHMW to PTFE® and are available with acrylic adhesive (350°F) as well as high temperature silicone (500°F).

In addition to our specialty tapes, Carolina Tape & Supply offers several specialty tape and printing services. These include butt cutting, laminating, kiss cutting, specialty services such as slitting, and specialty printed tapes.
